The Tūtira camping areas are classed as remote campsites under the Camping Grounds Regulations 1985.
There is generally adequate room at the campsites for caravans, motorhomes, and tents.
Toilets and non-potable water are supplied.
Water does not meet the standards of the Water Services Act (2021) and must be boiled before use.
A $5 charge applies each night to each vehicle.
