Rates, leasehold and other payments

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS VIA THE INTERNET.

The Hawke's Bay Regional Council will accept online credit card payments for leasehold rent , rates, resource consent applications and other debts that have been invoiced.

To ensure your payment is properly processed you must ensure every field is completed. Valid entries for the reference field depend on your payment type, as follows.

• Rates - 10-12 digit Valuation Roll Number
• Leasehold Rent - your 5 digit Customer Number beginning with 5 (e.g. 5XXXX)
• Other Payments - your 5 digit Customer Number (e.g.5XXXX)

Please ensure every detail is correct and, if paying a Rates bill, please only process one transaction at a time, i.e. if you are paying Rates for 2 properties, please pay them on separate transactions.
